1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Dreams Cape website and booking platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the departure date. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations) required for your destination.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dreams Cape acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with the itineraries. We are not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
